Palm Jebel Ali
The Palm, Jebel Ali will add a new twist to the Palm concept - Waterhomes built on stilts forming a 12km chain between the Fronds and the Crescent and spelling out a verse from an Arabic poem written by HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Defense Minister.

Palm Deira
With the development of The Palm, Deira, Nakheel is transforming Dubai’s coast into a landmark city that rivals the size of waterfront urban centres the likes of Venice, Amsterdam and Boston and with a population density remarkably similar to another great city at the water’s edge: San Francisco. The World

Jumeirah
Jumeirah is a coastal residential area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates mainly comprising low rise private dwellings. It has both expensive and large detached properties as well as more modest town houses built in a variety of architectural styles. The area is popular with Western expatriates working in the emirate and is familiar to many tourists visiting Dubai. Historically, Arabs living in the Jumeirah were fishermen, pearl divers and traders. The ruling family of Dubai have called their upmarket hotel chain "Jumeirah" (formerly "Jumeirah International").
